Residential Energy Analysis is a provider of Title 24 Energy Compliance Reports
We provide professional documentation services for either new construction or improvements to residential buildings and dwellings.

Please provide a complete set of plans that need not be returned. These should be comprised of:

• Orientation of the building (North arrow)
• Floor plan showing locations of windows and doors
• Elevation views
• Window and door schedule (unless indicated on floor plan)
• Heating and cooling equipment type
• Hot water system type
• Project address
• Owner's name
• Project designer's name, address, and telephone (can be the owner)

What you receive:

• Signed hardcopies of your Title 24 compliance report mailed to you with all necessary forms and calculations ready to submit to your building department
• E-mailed files (JPEG, WMF, etc.) giving you the option of inserting your compliance reports directly into your CAD program or printing the report yourself. Your report can be faxed for convenience.
